Ableism represents a societal structure or ideology that prioritizes physical and mental ability as the defining trait of value or merit. It promotes the idea that those who are "able" are inherently more suited to leadership, contribution, or societal respect, often marginalizing or devaluing those with disabilities. Ableism can manifest subtly through cultural norms or as overt policy in highly authoritarian regimes.
Ableism is the belief that disabled people do not deserve special arrangements that help them to live their lives and be included in society. [1]

Variants
Neuro-ableism
Neuroableism refers to the discrimination or prejudice against people with neurological differences or mental health conditions, like 
Autism, 
ADHD, Dyslexic, or Dyscalculia.
It means treating people unfairly or differently because of their brain differences, often assuming they're "less capable" or "not normal".
