Abortionism is an ideology that supports the legalization of medical abortions. It identifies as a women (and human) rights ideology. Its proponents say that it is a person's right to have determination over their own body, while opponents claim it murders the ZEF.

Legal History in the United States

In the USA, abortion was legalized in 1973 through Roe v. Wade. In June 2022, the Supreme Court overruled Roe, allowing states to make final decisions on the legal availability of medical abortions. Many states have since enacted strict bans on abortion with criminal penalties.
